Fair Use Policy

Alokai, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company”, “we”, “our”) are committed to making sure that the VSF Platform and the Hosting Services are available for access and use by all of our customers and partners (“you” or “yours”) which requires that there are a reasonable set of policies for fair use of the resources of the VSF Platform and Hosting Services (“Fair Use Policy”). 

This Fair Use Policy is an integral part of the agreement between the Company and you, and governs your use of the VSF Platform and/or Hosting Services (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used, but not defined in this Fair Use Policy, shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. 

The limits set forth below in Table 1 shall apply to your usage of the resources of the VSF Platform and/or Hosting Services. If your Order Form includes different limits from the limits outlined below, then the Order Form shall take precedence.

If your usage of the resources of the VSF Platform and/or Hosting Services exceeds the limits set forth in Table 1, we reserve the right to take corrective action, including, but not limited to, charging you for the additional resources, temporarily suspending your access and use of the VSF Platform and/or the Hosting Services, or terminating your access and use of the VSF Platform and/or the Hosting Services.

If you have any questions regarding your usage of the resources of the VSF Platform and/or Hosting Services including if you require higher limits, or this Fair Use Policy, please contact us via support@vuestorefront.io.

We may change this Fair Use Policy, at any time. By accessing and using the VSF Platform and/or Hosting Services, you agree to any revisions of the Fair Use Policy, whether or not we advise you of such changes.
